Hey there, fellow foodies! I recently had the most delightful dining experience at this stunning restaurant. The ambiance is just perfect - a mix of casual and chic, with natural elements that add a touch of charm. Despite not being a huge space, the layout is clever and creative. I especially loved the long community table in the center that still managed to provide a sense of privacy with lovely flower arrangements and Asian-themed ceramics. The marble tables by the window were adorable and perfect for smaller groups. Now, let's talk about the food! Our party of 4 enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the shrimp salad, lemongrass clams, and three noodle dishes - duck, oxtail, and monkfish. Each dish was bursting with flavor and left us wanting more. And let's not forget about the drinks - I personally loved the hibiscus mule, a refreshing vodka-based drink with ginger beer and lemongrass. Overall, the food, ambiance, and service at this restaurant were top-notch. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings. My recent dinner and drinks experience at this restaurant was superb! My friend and I decided to sit at the bar since it was just the two of us, and we were not disappointed. The bartender was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, offering us some fantastic recommendations. The interior decor of the restaurant also added to the cozy and inviting atmosphere. As for the food and drinks, everything we ordered was delicious. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Hey there! My partner and I had such a great experience at Saigon Babylon. We tried the stormy Saigon and honey mousse espresso martini drinks, along with the lemongrass beef carpaccio, bac ninh (duck), and oxtail. Let's talk about the taste - absolutely fantastic! The flavors in the drinks were spot-on, and the carpaccio was a stand-out dish with its spicy sate and tender Wagyu beef slices. The duck and oxtail were also delicious, with perfectly paired sauces and broths that tasted homemade. In terms of texture, everything was on point. The drinks had a nice foam topping, the carpaccio was well-balanced, and the fresh rice noodles in the entrees were a great addition. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the serving sizes were satisfying and left us feeling full. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful waiter who made our experience even better.
